Booking Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 2026. Life happens, and plans change. Here is how rescheduling and cancellation work.

Rescheduling or Cancelling

To reschedule or cancel a session, contact us as soon as you know, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Booking Statuses

  • Pending: your request has been received and is awaiting confirmation.
  • Confirmed: your session is scheduled and held for you.
  • Rescheduled: your session has been moved to a new time at your or our request.
  • Completed: the session took place.
  • Cancelled: the session will not take place.
  • No-Show: the session was missed without notice.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions, since it takes time away from other clients waiting for an appointment.

Payment

Bookings on this platform are currently confirmed as requests; payment is arranged directly with your therapist at or around the time of your session, not collected online at booking.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is available 24/7: call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US), free and confidential.
