What We Collect
- Account information: name, email, and username when you register.
- Booking and intake information: the details you provide when booking a therapy session, stored by our booking system (Amelia).
- Reading activity: articles and books you save, and a private reading history tied to your account, used only to power your own dashboard.
- Usage data: aggregate, non-identifying analytics about which content and pages are viewed, used to improve the platform.
- Standard technical data: IP address and browser information collected automatically by our hosting and security systems (Wordfence) for security purposes.
How We Use It
We use your information to operate your account and dashboard, process and manage therapy bookings, respond to contact and support requests, and understand which content and services are actually helping people, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
Who Sees It
Booking and intake details are visible only to you and the therapist you book with, plus authorized platform administrators who manage scheduling. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be used internally and are never shared in a form that identifies you.
Your Rights
You can review and update your account details from your Dashboard and Account pages at any time. You may request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Data Retention
We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
